Clubhead Jam??

Hi all. Now played a few rounds with the Q and thoroughly enjoying it although I have found that occasionally ( 3 times) the mechanism has jammed. It takes a fair whack to unjam it. Not sure how healthy that is for the club... and by mechanism eg, its stuck on H, wont turn either way.

Any advice?

Hello. Waiting on my Q Club delivery, I watched many of the online video's of using and learning your Q. Different ways of doing a few things to the norm of lets call it a "mixed bag" - how different and how consistent can one be playing with a Q one week and then say your normal clubs the next?? is the feel very different?? are the differences massively noticeable. ?/ there are some clubs that the Q could not replace (Driver and maybe putter) - wouldnt it be feasible to carry your driver, Q and putter in one small bag ??

will all golf clubs abroad allow you to use this Q golf Club

Hi gang. I was at the range yesterday and the head of the club went 75 yards down the range. The head snapped off at the bottom of the shaft.

i went to a local golf shop and they said they didn’t have a big enough diameter shaft to fit it.

What shaft size is the Q2 and what’s the best place to get it repaired? I’m in California. Thanks!

Head movement

I have been playing with the gen2 for about a month now, and I absolutely love it. But I am running into a slight issue with it, it seems that the head of the club is becoming loose. there is slight movement in the head where you adjust it, sometimes when I tee off I can hear a slight tinny noise like loose components. the duralock is nice and tight though, Is it possible to pull apart the head and tighten the mechanism?

Q Gen2 - Unscrews

Love the Q Gen2, played 4 x 9 and definitely having a blast.
However sometimes after taking a shot, the shaft loosens and not sure how that happens.
not a major issue as its is noticeable and tightened before next shot.

Sand shots

Hi guys I just bought a second generation Q club and I cannot work out how to hit the sand shots I can use the club in all the other settings but not from the bunkers. Any ideas of the setting and the position for sand shots?

Duralock installation question

When I opened the duraloc, box, I notice 4 rubber rings.

What's the purpose of the 4 rubber seals?

Each seals OD is 14mm and ID is 7.5 mm

Loosen shaft

I bought Q club gen 2 several months ago. I experienced the loosened shaft many times after hitting golf ball eventhough I tightened shaft correctly to begin with.
